About this opportunity
The General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service Assisted Acquisition Services Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) has issued a Limited / Sole Source Justification Notice for a bridge task order to Miracle Systems, LLC under the OASIS Unrestricted Pool 1 IDIQ contract. The task order supports the Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise Services (MODES) program, providing comprehensive professional services including stakeholder affairs, strategic communications, digital strategies, IT, and cybersecurity enterprise support. The sole-source justification stems from an urgent need to continue critical services, as the current MODES task order expires on January 21, 2025, and the planned competitive follow-on acquisition under OASIS+ Small Business is delayed due to protests. The hybrid Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract has an estimated 15-month period of performance (12-month base period with a 3-month option), primarily located in Alexandria, Virginia. While specific award values were not disclosed, the contract will cover program management, outreach and engagement support, IT/cybersecurity enterprise support, and additional digital services, with a competitive award anticipated in Q4 FY2025.
