The solicitation requires delivery of a total of 180 JA39-001 adapters and 80 JA39-017 adapters to three separate Air Force installations. Proposals must be submitted by January 9, 2026, with the point of contact for additional information being leighton-jon.smith@us.af.mil. This opportunity is classified under NAICS 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing) and PSC 5821 (Radio and Television Communication Equipment, Airborne), indicating the specialized nature of the equipment being procured.
No set-aside designation has been applied to this contract opportunity, making it open to all eligible contractors. The delivery locations span multiple Air Force bases: 92 JA39-001 and 66 JA39-017 adapters to F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming, 8 JA39-001 adapters to Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama, and 80 JA39-001 and 14 JA39-017 adapters to Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. The place of performance is identified as Beavercreek Township, Ohio. While specific contract values are not disclosed in the solicitation notice, the relatively modest quantities and specialized nature of the equipment suggest a mid-range procurement.
