About this opportunity
The Department of Defense's United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking to procure non-personal Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) program. The JTMS program aims to integrate transportation and financial processes at the transaction level to optimize transportation and financial management. USTRANSCOM is looking for contractors to provide technical assistance services across various disciplines including program management, architecture and integration, functional support, system engineering, system security, and program control support. The contractors must have a strong understanding of DoD program engineering, acquisition policies, and agile development practices. USTRANSCOM has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry input on capabilities and past efforts related to this requirement, and plans to use this information to inform the acquisition strategy and any subsequent solicitation.
This is an unrestricted procurement, with no set-aside designation. USTRANSCOM has not provided any information about potential incumbents or current contractors. The RFI does not specify an award value or budget range, but indicates that the government is seeking to procure these services through a future contract action. The RFI requests responses by November 1, 2024, with the option for one-on-one sessions on November 13, 2024.
