About this opportunity

Naval Supply Systems Command is conducting market research on behalf of Joint Region Marianas Fire & Emergency Services to identify small business sources for Class B station uniforms, with a sources-sought response due August 27, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside opportunity.

The requirement calls for 300 pairs of NOMEX IIIA Industrial Pants (7.5 oz. fabric) and 300 short-sleeve shirts (4.5 oz. NOMEX IIIA fabric), both navy blue and NFPA 1975-certified. Pants are available in men's and women's sizes ranging from 30x30 to 50x32 waist and inseam combinations; shirts span sizes 36 through 54 regular and women's sizes 30 through 54. Technical specifications require autoclaved permanent creases, solid brass hardware, triple-felled stitching on pants, and extra-long shirt tails with two breast pockets, shoulder epaulets, and five sewn-in military creases on shirts. Delivery to Building 1300 Camp Blaz, Dededo, Guam is required within 120 calendar days after award. Quality assurance requires contractor-maintained quality control, individual garment folding, packaging by type and size with labeled exterior cartons, and replacement of rejected items at no additional cost.

NAVSUP Site Marianas explicitly invites capability statements from 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB/EDWOSB, SDVOSB, and VOSB firms. Interested vendors should submit a two-page capabilities statement demonstrating ability to meet the draft Performance Work Statement requirements.
