Contractors are required to submit a 10-page capabilities statement demonstrating their competitive qualifications, including their company's business size and CAGE code. The government is specifically interested in contractors who can provide engineering support, program and obsolescence management, system failure diagnostics, and corrective action proposals. The response deadline is January 21, 2025 at 1800 EST, with electronic submissions accepted in Microsoft Word or PDF format directly to the Contract Specialist, Joanna Roland, at her Navy email address.

This pre-solicitation notice is not a formal Request for Proposal and does not guarantee contract issuance, with no set-aside designations currently specified. The opportunity falls under the NAICS category of Guided Missile and Space Vehicle Manufacturing (336414) and the Product Service Code for Guided Missile Components (1420).
