The scope includes replacement of the remanufactured hydraulic swivel, swing control valve, swing gear box seal, leaking hydraulic boom hoses, swing drive hub assembly, water-contaminated lift/swing controller, broken ignition switch, faulty 7500W onboard generator, and three OEM-specification 39 X 15-22.5 BLACKSTONE pneumatic tires. A full hydraulic system flush is required. Acceptance requires Government verification of completed repairs, successful joint inspection and functional testing, fault-free operation under simulated load for a minimum of 30 minutes, and confirmation that all hydraulic leaks have been rectified. The Government assumes financial responsibility for any latent defects discovered during testing and required repairs if initial repairs fail to restore full functionality.

Period of performance runs June 15, 2026 to July 17, 2026. Two contract line items are Firm Fixed Price: Item 0001 covers Parts/Materials & Labor per the Statement of Work; Item 0002 covers replacement of three tires. NAICS code is 811310; PSC is J038. Offerors must submit three separate volumes addressing Price, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance, evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. The Government will evaluate a minimum of the three lowest-priced offerors and award to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous when price and other factors are considered. Payment is processed through WAWF; invoices must reference DoDAAC F87700.
