About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks municipal solid waste management services for Joint Base San Antonio locations in Texas. The Air Force Air Education and Training Command is procuring collection and disposal of solid waste, food waste, green waste, and asbestos from facilities across Joint Base San Antonio Lackland, Randolph, Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, Canyon Lake recreational areas, and Seguin Airfield. The contractor must provide personnel, equipment, vehicles, and supervision to perform these services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection method will be used, with proposals due by June 16, 2020. An optional site visit for interested offerors was held on May 19, 2020.

Collection services are to be provided for over 200 facilities with estimated annual tonnages ranging from 3,000 to 12,000 tons depending on location. b. extend Questions due date to 12 June 2020, Friday, at 12:00 p.m. CST. No further questions will be accepted or considered after the questions extended due date/time or after posting responses to questions received;
c. attach updated Question & Answers (dated 10 Jun 20) documentation; and
d. re-emphasize IAW Addendum to 52.212-1, interested contractors must provide a signed copy of the amendment.

b. to provide the conformed (amended) copy of the Solicitation Amendment - FA301620R00370001 so offerors can complete the Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section of the RFP" with the updated quantities IAW Addendum to 52.212-1; and
c. emphasize IAW Addendum to 52.212-1, interested contractors must provide a signed copy of the amendment.
