About this opportunity
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is seeking vendors to provide continued support for the Joint Analytic Real-time Virtual Information Sharing System (JARVISS), a critical information sharing tool used for law enforcement, antiterrorism, and protection programs. The Request for Information (RFI) aims to identify potential sources capable of meeting the system's operational and maintenance requirements. Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement not exceeding five pages, demonstrating their ability to provide uninterrupted service beginning March 30, 2025. Vendors are required to provide specific company details including name, address, CAGE code, business size, and point of contact information. The submission deadline is January 13, 2025, with responses to be sent directly to Contract Specialist Joseph Haslach via email, using the subject line "FY2025 JARVISS RFI".
The pre-solicitation notice does not indicate any specific set-aside designations for the contract. The NAICS code 518210 for Computing Infrastructure Providers suggests the procurement will target information technology service providers. The draft Performance Work Statement outlines extensive service requirements, including 1,800 full user licenses, 10,000 basic user licenses, 50 concurrent user licenses, and 700 administrator licenses. The contract will require 24/7/365 help desk support, approximately 25 annual training trips, and implementation of mobile reporting applications with specialized features. The system must maintain 99% reliability and achieve Impact Level 4 (IL4) development completion by the end of 2025, with additional support requirements for U.S. Air Force and Space Force users. While specific award values are not mentioned, the comprehensive licensing and support needs suggest a potentially significant contract value.
