The U.S. Consulate Toronto invites you to submit quotes for "Janitorial Services of the U.S. Consulate General building", New Contract #SCA70016Q0005 MOD 1.

Thoroughly examine all documents attached to this solicitation notice. The U.S. Consulate will conduct a site visit and pre-proposal conference on, Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.

Your quotes must be submitted by e-mail to GSOToronto@state.gov along with the attachments with the subject line: SCA70016Q0005 Janitorial Services COB Quotes addressed to Ms. Lisa Liao, Management Officer, U.S. Consulate General Toronto for receipt at the Consulate General on or before 5:00 p.m. (EST) on July 25, 2016. No quotes will be accepted after this time.

As part of your proposal, please complete items 17a, 17b, 27a, 30a, 30b and 30c of the Standard Form 1449 including all blank spaces and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company. 

This will be a firm fixed-price contract with no adjustment for any escalation in costs or prices of labor or materials. Each offeror is responsible for determining the amount of labor and materials that will be required to complete the project, and for pricing its proposal accordingly.

The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any competitive range of one or more offerors and to conduct further negotiations concerning price or other terms before awarding the contract, or to award without discussions.

Added: May 04, 2016 11:52 am Please note that the solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for Janitorial Services for U.S. Consulate Toronto, Canada. Details of the requirements shall be described in the actual RFP.

Anticipated performance is for one base period of twelve months and one-year period at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on the FedBizOpps during the month of May 2016. Please see the RFP for the actual response date.

No electronic offers or proposals will be accepted.
