All cleaning products must comply with EPA Comprehensive Procurement Guideline and USDA BioPreferred standards where available. Approved static-free floor cleaners are Easy Clean (Botron) or ACL Statiscide.
The base period runs June 15, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with four separately-priced optional one-year periods extending through May 31, 2031. Award uses Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection, evaluating technical capability and price. Amendment 0001 was issued May 28 clarifying evaluation criteria, scheduling flexibility (weekday, weekend, or combined schedules acceptable if accommodating religious observances and 24/7 operations), and past performance evaluation standards. NAICS code is 561720; PSC is S201.
