CenturyLink is qualified to furnish and install the necessary equipment and provide the local telephone services. The Special Notice invites any interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement to identify themselves and provide evidence of their capability by June 18, 2024. The government will have sole discretion in considering any responses to this notice.

Notice text

The 142nd Wing and the 116th Air Control Squadron (ACS) intend to issue a sole-source award for the installation and maintenance of new telephone circuits to their respective units. These new circuits will transition the previous service to an IP-based circuit. The 142nd and 116th currently utilize legacy Avaya PBX systems. These outdated systems will require equipment to perform the primary rate interface (PRI) / time division multiplex (TDM) hand-off from the new IP based circuit.
