Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, New York. This notice indicates the VA's intent to solicit a single-source contract with Xenex Disinfection Services, Inc. under Federal Supply Schedule Contract GS-07F-0587Y for the period of January 10, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The service requirement involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and consumable component replacement for Pulsed Xenon UV Disinfection Systems. The VA has determined that this requirement cannot be fulfilled by any source other than Xenex due to the proprietary and specialized nature of the equipment and warranty services.

The contract work will be performed at the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center located at 113 Holland Ave., Albany, NY 12208. The procurement is classified under NAICS code 333413 and PSC code J065, with particular emphasis on the replacement of xenon bulbs that are exclusively manufactured by Xenex.
