About this opportunity

The contract will cover comprehensive maintenance, repair, and update services for ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing Equipment and its associated equipment and software. Published on January 10, 2025, the notice is managed by the VA Regional Procurement Office East Network Contracting Office 10 and follows guidelines under VAAR 819.7007. While the notice indicates a sole source procurement, the VA is allowing other potentially qualified vendors an opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities before a final determination is made. The procurement falls under NAICS code 339112 for Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees.

Potential contractors interested in this opportunity must submit detailed capability statements by January 13, 2025, at 1:30 PM ET to Teri Miller via email at Teri.Miller@va.gov. Submissions must include comprehensive company information such as the SAM UEI number, company address, point of contact details, and business size. Vendors must provide supporting evidence demonstrating their ability to perform the required services, including relevant corporate experience with specific details like contract numbers, total contract value, performance periods, service specifics, and customer contact information. Although responses will be evaluated, the government retains sole discretion in determining whether to compete the procurement based on the submitted capabilities. This special notice is not a formal request for competitive quotes, but rather an informational opportunity for vendors to express their potential qualifications for the ScriptPro equipment maintenance contract at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center.
