About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 has published a Special Notice for a sole source contract award to ScriptPro USA, Inc. for preventative maintenance services on specialized ScriptPro equipment at the Fayetteville NC Coastal Healthcare System. The contract, referenced as RFQ 36C24626Q0003, is structured as a firm-fixed price agreement with a base period and two option years, with an effective start date of November 1, 2025. This notice falls under NAICS code 811210 for Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and PSC code J065 for medical equipment maintenance and repair.
The primary purpose of this Special Notice is to inform the marketplace of the VA's intent to make a sole source award while providing an opportunity for other businesses to demonstrate their capability to provide the required services. Although this is not a competitive solicitation, any business that believes it can provide preventative maintenance service agreements for ScriptPro equipment may submit written notice to the contracting officer at stephanie.mcelmore@va.gov by 10:00 AM EST on August 28, 2025. Eligible contractors must provide comprehensive company information including name, address, contact details, SAMs Unique Entity ID Number, and supporting documentation that demonstrates authorization as a manufacturer, dealer, distributor, or reseller of ScriptPro equipment. The government reserves sole discretion in determining whether to proceed with the planned sole source acquisition or consider competitive alternatives based on responses received. All interested parties must include supporting evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to comply with the maintenance service requirements for the specialized medical equipment.
