Vendors must demonstrate relevant corporate experience with contract numbers, performance periods, service details, and customer references including contact information. The Performance Work Statement specifies that the contractor must maintain 36 anesthesia machines across four VA locations, provide 24/7 technical support, perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs with specified response times, supply only new GE parts, and ensure all personnel are GE OEM-trained and certified.
