Interested parties have until May 30, 2025, at 12 PM EST to submit capability information, which will be used solely to assess whether the procurement should be conducted competitively. Eligibility is open to all contractors who believe they can provide similar comprehensive software support services for the Nexodose application. The government explicitly retains sole discretion to decide whether to open the requirement to competition based on the responses received. No solicitation is currently available, and all inquiries must be submitted via email to Tiera Sims at Tiera.Sims@va.gov. Contractors should note that the information must be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. This notice represents a potential opportunity for firms with specialized medical software maintenance capabilities to demonstrate their qualifications.
