The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02, intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 12.201-1 to obtain services for the FLUOVIEW Confocal System for at the New Jersey Health Care System.
Anticipated Period of Performance:
August 21, 2026 through August 20, 2027
Basic Description of The Requirement:
This service contract is to perform as-needed maintenance and repair services (annual preventative maintenance visit, on-site maintenance, parts) on the FLUOVIEW Confocal System. The contractor shall perform services over a one-year period to perform maintenance and repairs as needed for the heavily utilized equipment essential for Research Service activities involving biomedical research. The equipment is required and requires continued maintenance and service to address regular wear and tear issues.

THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award.
