Interested contractors must submit their expressions of interest and supporting evidence of their ability to meet the requirement by 9:00 AM EST on October 3, 2025. The notice explicitly states that it is not a request for competitive quotations, emphasizing that this is purely an informational announcement about the intended sole source award to Bayer Healthcare LLC.
