The scope includes one-time removal, disposal, and replacement of 160 backup batteries within 30 days of award, plus recurring preventive and corrective maintenance across a base year (September 11, 2026 through September 10, 2027) and four optional years. Preventive maintenance tasks include semi-annual service on four specified UPS/UPM units (two Eaton 93PM-150, one Eaton 9390-120, one Mitsubishi UP9933A-A803DU-4 80-kVA), semi-annual battery cabinet maintenance, and quarterly voltage checks.
