About this opportunity
The Department of the Treasury Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has awarded Task Order #2031JW26F00087 to PBG Consulting, LLC on a sole-source basis under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (contract GS-35F-706GA), with a need date of September 18, 2026.
The justification cites FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), which permits limited-source awards when new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order placed competitively. PBG's original GSA order (2031JW21F00074) was placed in accordance with FSS procedures. The bridge contract covers a 6-month base period with a 6-month option and provides IT governance and compliance services supporting OCC's internal directives and federal statutory obligations, including FISMA, the Clinger-Cohen Act, E-Government Act, OMB Circulars A-130 and A-123, and NIST SP 800-53 requirements. The contracting officer determined the award represents best value and lowest overall cost based on price analysis comparing the proposed contractor's pricing against previously awarded prices and current GSA schedule rates. OCC plans to issue a competitive solicitation for subsequent acquisitions. The PSC code is DD01 (IT Services) and the NAICS code is 541511.
