About this opportunity
The Department of Commerce Office of the Secretary has issued a Special Notice for the "ITA - Supply Chain Mapping" opportunity. The notice indicates the government's intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Linx Consulting for 12 months with four one-year option periods. This contract will obtain an understanding of the upstream supply chain, demand scenarios, and roadblocks for wafer fabrication materials used in the U.S. semiconductor industry.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to obtain a deeper understanding of the upstream supply chain for key materials including arsenic, hafnium, zirconium, cerium, lanthanum, and germanium. The analysts will develop a detailed segmentation and insights on the state of the existing supply chain, identify potential chokepoints, and propose potential short-term and long-term solutions. The final deliverable will be a PowerPoint presentation with data analysis and conclusions. This is not a solicitation, but interested parties may submit capability statements and qualifications to the Contracting Officer by April 30, 2024. The government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information provided.
