About this opportunity
NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) is issuing a Special Notice seeking capability statements for the renewal of iSite Contract and Program Management (CMP) software, due November 2, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to MSM Group Inc under FAR 12.102(a), having determined MSM Group Inc to be the sole provider of this service. No set-aside is used.
Capability statements and qualifications will determine whether the procurement proceeds competitively, and the Government retains sole discretion on that decision. Quotes will not be reviewed or accepted, price quotes are not being considered at this time, and oral communications are not acceptable.
The 12-month period of performance runs December 15, 2026 through December 14, 2027, at COMET Warehouse K6-1547, Kennedy Space Center, Florida 32899. The requirement covers two line items: the iSite CMP License, a hosted, FedRAMP/FISMA-compliant system with modules for deliverables, estimating, financials, funding, risk management, task management, task workflows, and variance analysis, offering unlimited end-user access, 1 terabyte of expandable storage, and help desk support 24/7/365 with one-hour response during business hours; and the iSite Web API, which provides documentation and access for building RESTful applications on the .NET Framework against the iSiteCMP database. Service packs, maintenance releases, and software upgrades are included at no additional cost.
Within five business days of order placement, the vendor must deliver complete purchased entitlement data using the SLAM NASA Entitlement Reporting Form to the Contracting Officer/Contracting Officer's Representative and Agency-Software-Entitlements@mail.nasa.gov. NASA FAR Supplement clause 1852.215-84 (Ombudsman) applies. Primary point of contact is Cara Craft (cara.s.craft@nasa.gov), with Karen Artis (Karen.artis@nasa.gov) as secondary. NAICS code is 541519.
