No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice. The equipment falls under NAICS category 334515 (Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals) and PSC category 6640 (Laboratory Equipment and Supplies), indicating the technical classification of the procurement. All responsible sources seeking to bid must maintain current registration in the SAM database and comply with notarization requirements for Entity Administrator identification.
