Added: Jan 21, 2014 6:49 pm Modified: Feb 12, 2014 2:03 pmTrack Changes The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Palm Springs Field Office has a requirement for INTERPRETIVE SIGNAGE AND WAYSIDE EXHIBITS, Cahuilla Tewant Vista, Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform interpretive exhibit design, fabrication and installation. The final product shall be designed for, delivered to and installed at the site. This is a public site and ADA requirements should be incorporated. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be set-aside for Small Business under the NAICS classification code 712190, Interpretive Centers, Nature with a size standard of $7.0 M. Award will be based on BEST VALUE criteria available in the solicitation and one (1) award will result as a Firm Fixed Price contract. Closing date for the RFQ is 4:30 pm (PDT) March 14, 2014. Period of Performance will be 200 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Technical questions may be addressed to Tracy Albrecht at 760-833-7127. In order to submit a proposal for this solicitation, you must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). There will also be a pre-bid tour and all potential bidders are encouraged to attend on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 9:30 am (PDT). The meeting will be at the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument Visitor Center, 51-500 Highway 74 in Palm Desert, CA 96660. For questions concerning the pre-bid site tour, please contact Tracy Albrecht at 760-833-7127. Closing date for this RFQ is extended until 4:30 pm (PDT) March 14, 2014.The Period of Performance will be 200 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
