The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing a presolicitation notice for a requirement entitled, "International Regulatory Assistance"

The Contractor shall provide personnel with specific technical and scientific expertise, including research, development and training, applicable to nuclear safety and security regulations, including operating nuclear power plants, nuclear power plants planned or under construction, radioactive sources, and materials and waste in order to assist NRC staff in providing a continuous and uninterrupted transfer of nuclear-related assistance to select countries. The period of performance will be a total of five years.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the services required is 541330 "Engineering Services." The small business size standard is annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not-to-exceed $15M.

Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 31310019R0054 will be posted on, or about, October 7, 2019 as a small business set aside competition under FAR Part 15. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be on, or about, 30 days thereafter.

RFP No. 31310019R0054 will be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov .
