Interested contractors must submit their rationale for consideration by Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 4:00 PM CST, directly to TSgt Jeremy Clark or Mr. Donald Crawford at the 42d Contracting Squadron via specified email addresses. The government will evaluate responses but retains sole discretion in determining whether to compete the procurement. Contractors should note that no reimbursement will be provided for capability information submission. Key requirements include proven commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) training capabilities, ability to train approximately 125 students, FAA and DHS approved training modules, and extensive experience in AW139 helicopter operations.
