The contractor must be a NAVAIR and Boeing-approved source and must achieve and maintain CMMC Level 1 or above. The base period is twelve months, with the Government holding options for up to nine additional twelve-month periods, for a maximum of 120 months. Pricing is firm-fixed rates or unit prices per Attachment 1, and estimated quantities are non-binding with no guaranteed minimum. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty.
