Services required include lodging with pre-determined government per diem rates, executive-level meeting space with audio-visual support and on-site technical personnel (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily with 15-minute response times), secure Wi-Fi capable of streaming video, and daily refreshments. The Government will notify the contractor of specific event dates no later than 90 days in advance. Respondents must register in SAM and WAWF and provide current capability documentation, CAGE Code, Unique ID Number, NAICS code 721110, and business size classification. Submissions must be directed to SSgt Bryant Nguyen (bryant.nguyen@us.af.mil, 334-953-5755) and LaChandra Thompson (lachandra.thompson@us.af.mil, 334-953-6569).
