The proposed system requires a low-power transmitter capable of jamming 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz GPS bands with an effective range of at least 300 meters, and must be able to mount on NATO rails or use a dedicated pistol grip. The government retains sole discretion in determining whether to compete this contract, and information received will primarily be used to assess potential competitive procurement options.
