About this opportunity

The 355th Contracting Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, part of the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command, published a Special Notice of intent to sole source a contract for modular furniture wall extensions. The notice provides details regarding the government's intent to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Tucson Business Interiors, Inc. for the procurement and installation of one bay of glass and fabric stacks to extend existing modular furniture.

The Special Notice seeks to challenge the sole source determination by inviting interested firms to submit a letter by July 23rd demonstrating their technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition. A qualifying letter must provide clear evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government without significantly increasing costs or timeline for the modular furniture wall extension project. Eligible firms are required to describe their capabilities and submit responses to the contracting specialist points of contact listed by the stated deadline.
