The notice targets the direct procurement of software from IMPLAN GROUP LLC located in Huntersville, North Carolina. The software is an economic modeling system developed over 50 years, covering 536 industrial sectors and specifically tailored to USDA's analytical needs. Market research conducted from March 20-27, 2025, confirmed IMPLAN as the only Input-Output Modeling System (IOMS) meeting the agency's mission requirements. Any responses must include detailed technical capabilities, pricing information, and alternative solutions demonstrating the ability to meet USDA's specific economic analysis needs. The total contract value is $135,061.00 for a one-year base period from 5/10/2025 to 05/09/2026, covering software that supports economists across six USDA agencies including the Natural Resource and Conservation Service, Farm Service Agency, and Risk Management Agency. Interested sources should submit their information directly to the designated Point of Contact (POC), Joel Miro-Marquez and Juan Rodriguez, via email. While this notice is not a formal solicitation, submitted responses will be used to determine if a comparable and more advantageous source exists for the government's requirements.
