Services required include conference travel, graphic and printing services, and publication services, with key deliverables encompassing grant submission support, research project investigation, conference presentations, and creation of scientific materials. The contract value will exceed the micro-purchase threshold but not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $250,000.
