The primary objective of this Special Notice is to identify potential contractors capable of matching the specific child care training aid requirements detailed in the Salient Characteristics document. Interested parties are invited to demonstrate their capability by submitting product specifications directly to Contract Specialist John Fertulus and Contracting Officer Ryan Baudouin via email. The procurement encompasses an extensive inventory of RealCare Baby models, including variations in skin tone, age, and specialized models representing conditions like Down Syndrome and drug-affected infants. Contractors must carefully review the attached Salient Characteristics document to understand the precise requirements. While the notice emphasizes that no competitive quotes will be solicited, it provides an opportunity for vendors to express interest and potentially challenge the sole source determination.
