About this opportunity
The Army Contracting Command intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to Advantor Systems Corporation for procurement and installation of an Intrusion Detection System, Access Control System, and Closed-Circuit Television system at a new building at Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae, South Korea, with an award date of May 20, 2026.
The justification rests on technical compatibility and integration with existing legacy Advantor Electronic Security Systems already deployed across the installation. Advantor-certified installer status is required to ensure seamless interoperability; failure to integrate with the current Advantor configuration would create system incompatibility, loss of monitoring capability, degraded security posture, and noncompliance with Navy ESS configuration and certification standards. The contractor shall provide and install equipment to manage access control points and intrusion detection for entry and exit points, interior rooms, and exterior surveillance locations, with all alarms annunciating to the Advantor ASN Server at Building XX and additional monitoring at the BDOC. Place of performance is Chinhae, South Korea. The contracting office notes that under the ROK–U.S. Status of Forces Agreement, all interested sources, including U.S. firms, must possess or obtain required ROK business licenses and conduct business in accordance with applicable ROK laws. All sources may submit a capability statement or quotation.
