The contract is valued at $37,600.00 and will provide space for 5 FRA employees in the American University Aspiring Leaders Development Program. The procurement falls under NAICS code 611430 for Professional and Management Development Training. The government will evaluate any submitted capabilities solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, with the ultimate discretion remaining with the agency. Respondents should be aware that no solicitation documentation exists, and the government will not reimburse any costs associated with preparing or submitting capabilities. The notice explicitly states that this is not a request for proposals, and no contract award will be made based on responses. Interested parties must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government, with all supporting documentation to be sent via email to KeriAnne Gallagher at kerianne.gallagher@dot.gov.
