Responses are limited to 10 pages in Microsoft Word format and must be submitted via email to Anne Mitchell by 12:00 PM EDT on April 16, 2025. Small businesses should demonstrate their ability to comply with subcontracting limitations in their submissions. The government retains sole discretion in determining whether to compete the requirement and will not compensate contractors for information submitted in response to this notice.
