Eligible contractors must operate a permanent greenhouse facility located within 300 miles of Central Point, Oregon, to facilitate direct transplanting into fields, and must hold all required licensing including MSPA licensing, Oregon BOLI license, and H2B Temp Employment certification if applicable. The contractor will receive seeds and filled growing containers from the Government by July 1, 2025, with sowing required between July 1-8, 2026, and is responsible for all cultivation activities including germination, irrigation, pest control, and thinning. Compensation includes a 25 percent progress payment following seedling thinning, with final payment made at the unit contract price per thousand seedlings delivered and accepted. This opportunity is set-aside exclusively for small businesses and is available only to current LMIR BPA Award Holders, with the LMIR BPA itself remaining open and continuous for future solicitations.
