Update #2 ·

Amendment 0001: SET-ASIDE DETERMINATION

Market research was performed in accordance with FAR 10.002(b)(2). A sources sought notice was posted to NECO on 04 September 2015 (N4019215R7076) to determine availability and capability of businesses to perform the requirement. The incumbent and one small business concern responded and expressed interest. In addition, a search in the SBA Dynamic Business database returned several small businesses under the NAICS 562111. As a result of the notice and other market research, the Contracting Officer recommended soliciting as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAVFAC Marianas small business office concurs with the set-aside determination. Pursuant to the above, the proposed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued as 100% small business set-aside.

Update #1 ·
