About this opportunity
The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand is seeking to procure Integrated Pest Management Services through a purchase order. This civilian agency will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov once it becomes available, and all responsible sources are eligible to submit quotations for consideration. The government intends to award the contract to the responsible company offering the lowest price and may make the award based on initial quotations without discussions, though discussions with companies in the competitive range may occur if necessary. SAM registration is a mandatory requirement, and offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management database prior to proposal submission; failure to register will render a proposal non-responsible and ineligible for further consideration. The opportunity falls under NAICS code 561990 (All Other Support Services) and PSC code F105 (Environmental Systems Protection - Pesticides Support), and interested contractors are strongly encouraged to register immediately with SAM if they intend to respond.
This procurement carries no set-aside designation and is open to all qualified vendors. The pre-solicitation notice does not specify the incumbent contractor, award value, budget range, quantity of services required, or the service period duration. No specific deadlines for questions, proposal submissions, or other milestones are provided in this notice, as the solicitation has not yet been issued to the market. Interested parties should monitor SAM.gov for the formal solicitation release and any associated timeline details that will be published by the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok.
