The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking qualified contractor support to provide instructor services at the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) in Gulfport, Mississippi. The procurement requires the contractor to deliver approximately 45,760 annual hours of instructor support across roughly 35 courses and 242 instructional days annually, providing basic and advanced construction training to military personnel including Navy Seabees, Army, and Air Force personnel in various construction occupational specialties. Required instructor positions include Builder Apprentice/Advanced, Steelworker Apprentice/Advanced, Equipment Operator, Specialty/OF7 School, Construction Electrician, Construction Mechanic, Construction Inspector roles, and a Training Master Scheduler with five years of scheduling experience.
