The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Work will consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment as required to install a new fire suppression system in the Fredericksburg Visitor Center. This contract will include digging and installing new water lines from the street into building including installation of riser systems and sidewall pipes to include basement, first floor and second floor.

PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued on or about June 6, 2025, and will be posted to the U.S. government’s website for contracting opportunities at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities.
