Submissions must be unclassified, in PDF or standard commercial formats, maximum 15 pages (excluding cover page and marketing brochures). Proprietary information must be clearly marked for appropriate government safeguarding. Responses are directed to Ms. Brenda Marshall at brenda.l.marshall10.civ@mail.mil or 618-817-9385.
