Notice text
There are twenty five Control Consoles (CCs) that are located at Hill AFB, Utah. The CCs have controlled air-conditioning and hydraulic plumbing that pass through them. The CC air-conditioning outlet is connected to a Portable Inline Chiller Unit (PICU) that is used to reduce the air conditioned temperature of 75-55°F even lower at the aircraft point of use. The hydraulic hoses used for testing are stored on a metal frame stand and wound and un-wound by hand when needed.A requirement is needed to reconfigure the PICU to a permanently Mounted Inline Chillers (MIC) and build new MICs from scratch near each CC and are in the same area as the MIC, the hydraulic hoses need to be converted to Auto Wind Hose Reels (AWHR).
