The statement of work outlines requirements for the dog food to support working dogs in the canine narcotics detector unit and regional training center. The fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract would have a one year base period and four one year options, with delivery of a minimum of 2,800 pounds and up to 40,000 pounds of dog food annually within five days of order. Evaluation criteria emphasize compliance with specified nutritional facts and ingredient standards for technical factors, with past performance and price less significant. Key details include annual minimums and maximums, five day delivery requirements after order, and total small business restrictions and partnership opportunities.
