Place of performance encompasses four Colombian international airports: El Dorado in Bogota, Jose Maria Cordoba in Rio Negro, Alfonso Bonilla Aragon in Palmira, and Rafael Nunez in Cartagena. Training courses comprise eight or more theoretical-practical hours with up to ten students per session, classroom and hands-on instruction, Spanish-language training manuals, and radiation protection certification. All services must be delivered in-country with warranty coverage and two-hour technical support response during warranty and 48-hour on-site repair completion. Evaluation uses lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology without discussions, unless determined otherwise.
