The contract period of performance runs from April 30, 2026 through April 29, 2027, with most subscription and maintenance items becoming active on June 18, 2026 or June 30, 2026. Tangible items must be delivered to the FDIC's Distribution Center located in Arlington, Virginia 22226, while non-tangible items such as certificates and maintenance renewals shall be submitted electronically to the designated government email address.
