About this opportunity

The Naval Air Systems Command will conduct a pre-solicitation conference on November 2, 2021 to procure 58-64 non-centerline thrust aircraft for use in multi-engine pilot training, along with associated spares, support equipment, and logistics services. The conference will provide industry an opportunity to comment on draft documents outlining requirements, terms and conditions, and data needs, and help the agency further understand industry capabilities to meet its needs. Interested parties must register by October 26 to attend the general session or schedule optional one-on-one meetings between October 28-November 2.

There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The procurement's projected NAICS code is 336411 and PSC code is KC3. No incumbent or current contractors were identified. The agency intends to award a single contract in November 2022 for delivery of the aircraft over the following ten-year period and seeks industry feedback on questions pertaining to estimated spare parts pricing, logistics support concepts, and operations and sustainment costs through that time.
