A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9:00 AM (EST) 9 February 2017. The assembly point for the site visit is the Hope Hotel (Bldg 823) outside of gate 12A of Wright-Patterson AFB at 8:15 AM. This site visit will be to tour areas where services shall be performed and to answer questions regarding the sites.  Submit the full name (as it appears on Driver's License) of all attendees (not to exceed two per company), Driver License Number, State Driver's License was issued, and email you have daily access to, to Talibah Brown, via e-mail at Talibah.Brown.1@us.af.mil no later than 7 February 2017 @ 1:00 P.M. (EST).  This information must be provided in order to ensure access to the base.

Reference Presolicition notice published under Industrial Water Treatment FA8601-16-R-0031 on 25-Aug-16. 

This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.1.


The NAICS code is 221310 and the Size Standard is $27.5M.


In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM); contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov.


The contractor shall provide services for industrial water treatment of cooling towers, package boilers, high temperature hot water (HTHW) central heating plant, central steam plant, heat exchanger heating systems (hot water and steam) and closed loop systems (hot water and chilled water) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, labor, treatment chemicals, laboratory support, and consultation services for the performance of the contract. This shall include delivery of materials to point of use sites (WPAFB personnel handle no materials). The contractor shall perform in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.


NOTES:


1. The solicitation with the official specifications are now available as attachments to this notice and will remain on the FedBizOps website until 21-Feb-17. The date for receipt of proposals 21-Feb-17 no later than 1:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME. The period of performance is a six (6) month base period and four (4) option years.


2. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors.


This is a WPAFB Operational Contracting (PZIOBA) program.

1. The solicitation with the official specifications and drawings will be available on the FedBizOps website on or about 16-Sep-16, at http://www.fbo.gov. The tentative date for receipt of proposals is 30-Sep-16. The period of performance is one base year and four (4) option years.


2. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors.


This is a WPAFB Operational Contracting (PZIOBA) program. The current status is Pre-Solicitation and it is a Category H - Quality Control, Testing, and Inspection Services.
