Amend 005 is the fourth amendment that requires acknowledgement.
The purpose of Amendment 0005 is as follows:
1. Provide the updated solicitation document 140D0423R0008 Amend 005 to update that PPQs may be sent to the CO/CS team by email or may be provided by the Contractor with their proposal submission. Additionally, to include information regarding utilizing past performance from subcontractors, parent, sister, predecessor or other affiliate companies within Addendums to FAR Clause 52.212-1 and FAR Clause 52.212-2.

As previously stated, Amend 001 and the solicitation were issued in conjunction. Amend 002 is the first amendment that requires acknowledgement.
The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows:
1. Provide the responses to questions received on the draft solicitation documents. Remaining questions are being addresses and will be provided within the next amendment.
2. Provide updated documents (updates reflected in Red font) Solicitation Document (140D0423R0008), Attachment 1 - PWS, Attachment 3 - Pricing Sheet and Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ).
