The Bureau of Reclamation seeks one Aperture Card Scanner with associated 12-month maintenance agreement, with quotes due June 18 at 11:00 AM PDT. The procurement is 100% set aside for small business.
Place of performance is Room W1728, Bureau of Reclamation, 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, California 95825. The scanner must meet minimum salient characteristics including fast-high performance, enhanced camera and light source for 100–600 DPI imaging, 300-card input capacity with automated batch feed, bitonal and grayscale image output in TIFF, JPG, or PDF formats, Hollerith code reading, two-dimensional dynamic thresholding, and auto rescan for quality rejection, along with Smartscan Software. The 12-month Depot Level Maintenance Agreement must cover all parts and labor, with period running July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
The scanner shall be delivered within 30 days after receipt of order. Vendor deliverables include onsite hardware and software installation and webinar operator training. Quoters must be registered in SAM.gov and submit completed representations and certifications. Invoices must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform.
The NAICS code is 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. PSC is 7E20.
